1. Introduction

Welcome to Embabi Games ("we", "our", or "us"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we and the third-party services in our app collect, how it is used, who it is shared with, and the choices you have. It applies to the Embabi Games iOS and Android application and the services behind it.

2. Information We Collect

• Account and profile information: you can play as a guest or sign in with Google or Apple. Guest accounts use an app-generated identifier and username. If you sign in, we receive the account identifier and profile information the provider makes available, which may include your name, email address and profile photo. Apple may provide a private relay email address. We never receive or store your Google or Apple password. Your username and profile photo may be shown to opponents and on leaderboards.
• Gameplay data: auction bids, match results, scores, statistics, leaderboard standings and other in-game activity.
• Subscription and purchase information: When you purchase or restore an Ad-Free subscription through Google Play or Apple's App Store, we receive and store information needed to verify and manage your entitlement. This includes the product or base plan, signed purchase token, purchase state, renewal or cancellation status, expiration time, transaction lineage, and transaction or order identifiers made available by the relevant store. Google or Apple processes your payment method directly. Embabi Games does not receive or store payment-card or bank-account details.
• Device and identifiers: device model, operating system version, app version, an app-generated device identifier, your notification (push) token, a Firebase installation identifier, and advertising identifiers made available by your platform, such as Android's advertising ID or Apple's IDFA when you permit tracking.
• Crash and diagnostic data: crash reports, application-not-responding events, error logs and basic performance data, collected through Firebase Crashlytics and linked to your user identifier so we can reproduce and fix faults.
• Feedback and support information: messages you send through the feedback or support features and any contact information you choose to include.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To create, operate and manage your account.
• To run multiplayer game sessions and match players with one another.
• To display leaderboards, match history and player statistics.
• To send notifications about matches, invitations and important service updates.
• To diagnose crashes, monitor app health and improve performance.
• To display advertising, including through the partners named in section 4.
• To verify and acknowledge purchases, grant and restore Ad-Free access, process subscription lifecycle changes, prevent purchase fraud, and provide subscription support.
• To detect and prevent fraud, cheating and abuse, and to comply with the law.

4. Advertising

The app is free and supported by advertising. Ads are delivered through Unity LevelPlay (ironSource) mediation, with demand from Unity Ads, with Google AdMob also used on Android. To select, deliver and measure ads, and to detect advertising fraud, these partners may collect:

• your IP address, which may be used to estimate approximate location;
• your Android advertising ID, app set ID, Apple IDFA when permitted, and other device or account identifiers;
• your interactions with ads and general in-app activity;
• diagnostic and technical data such as app launch time, device model, operating system and network type.

This information is collected by those partners as independent controllers of that data. Their handling of it is governed by their own privacy policies: Unity, ironSource and Google.

Where required, we ask for your consent before personalised ads are shown, using Google's consent management platform. On iOS, we also request permission through Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt before tracking. You can withdraw advertising consent through the in-app Privacy Choices entry when available and change tracking or advertising identifier permissions in your device settings. You may still see non-personalised ads when consent or tracking permission is declined.

We do not sell your personal data.

While an Ad-Free subscription is active and verified, Embabi Games removes banner advertisements and forced interstitial advertisements. These advertisements may resume if the subscription expires, is revoked, or otherwise becomes inactive.

5. Who We Share Data With

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only as described here:

• Amazon Web Services — our servers and database run on AWS infrastructure in the Europe (Frankfurt) region, operated by us.
• Google — for Google Sign-In authentication, Firebase Crashlytics crash reporting, Firebase Cloud Messaging notification delivery, AdMob advertising, and Google Play Billing and the Google Play Developer API for Android purchase verification and subscription management.
• Apple — for Sign in with Apple, Apple Push Notification service, App Store billing, signed transaction verification, subscription lifecycle notifications, and subscription management on iOS.
• Unity / ironSource — advertising and ad mediation, as described in section 4. We pass your account identifier to the mediation software so that reward and ad-frequency features work correctly.
• Expo — relays push notifications to Google Firebase Cloud Messaging or Apple Push Notification service, according to the device platform.
• Law enforcement or regulatory bodies — where required by applicable law.

Other players may see your username, profile photo, leaderboard results and in-game activity. The app does not provide text chat or voice chat.

6. Data Retention and Deletion

We keep account, profile, gameplay, leaderboard, and subscription-entitlement records for the operation, integrity, security, and record-keeping needs of the service. You can permanently deactivate your account from the app or contact us for assistance — see Deactivate Your Account for the steps and the exact effect of deactivation.

Deactivation takes effect immediately: access to the account is blocked, notifications are disabled, notification device tokens are deleted, and any stored Sign in with Apple credential is revoked and deleted. The account record and its associated profile, gameplay, leaderboard, purchase, and subscription records remain stored; no automatic deletion timetable currently applies to those retained records. Deactivating an account does not cancel a Google Play or App Store subscription. You must cancel store billing separately through the relevant store. We will consider verified requests to exercise applicable privacy rights, including erasure rights, subject to legal and security retention requirements.

7. Children's Privacy

Embabi Games is a football-themed card and strategy game intended for a general audience. Children should use the app with the permission and supervision of a parent or guardian where required by applicable law. We do not knowingly collect more information from children than the information described in this policy.

A parent or guardian may contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of a child's personal information, or to ask us to stop further collection. We may take reasonable steps to verify the requester before acting. If we learn that personal information was collected from a child in violation of applicable law, we will delete it.

8. Security

All data sent between the app and our servers travels over encrypted connections (HTTPS and secure WebSockets). We use encrypted database storage and connections, token-based authentication, and restricted administrative access.

9. International Transfers

Our servers are located in the European Union (Frankfurt, Germany). Our service providers, including those named in sections 4 and 5, may process data in other countries, including the United States, under their own safeguards.

10. Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

• access the personal data we hold about you;
• request correction of inaccurate data;
• request deletion of your data;
• object to or restrict certain processing;
• withdraw consent, including consent to personalised advertising, at any time.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page always reflects the current version, and we will tell you about significant changes through the app.
